What is your return policy?

Items maybe returned within 48 hours of package being received. Please contact our customer service email - zumaattire@gmail.com We will be happy to hear from you. Return shipping costs will be customer's responsibility. Clothing will be inspected for stains, holes, rips, snags, missing tags or any imperfections before an exchange or refund can be provided. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. Items marked as final sale (discount of 40% or more) are not eligible for exchange or return.

Kindly contact us with your concerns/ matters before 48 hours has expired of package receipt.

How do I return my order?

To initiate your return, please email us at zumaattire@gmail.com

When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and info about the return address. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange a style for a different size, please contact us at zumaattire@gmail.com

We offer free shipping for the second round order sent out by Zuma Attire. If a third exchange is requested, customer will have to pay the extra costs to fully cover the order being shipped by Zuma Attire.

Exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability at the time your return has been shipped back to us.

If the Item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site.

1 A) By placing an order to purchase any of our products, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms & Conditions of sale, privacy policy, and returns policy. These terms and conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

1 B) If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not place an order.

2 A) Zuma Attire Boutique - Your Island Gyal Closet is an LLC registered in the United States. Our email address is zumaattire@gmail.com.

3 A) The images of the products on our site and other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from those images. We cannot guarantee that all details are always accurate, complete, or error free.

4 A) Please note that we do not sell clothes for children. Our target audience are adults.

5 A) If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this. This can happen in circumstances where the products are out of stock, or there’s an error in the system.

5 B) Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order once it has been accepted.

5 C) After you submit your order, we immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. If we accept your order we will confirm via email. A dispatched email will be sent to confirm when order has been shipped.

5 D) We will seek to fulfill your order by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or within a 5-10 day period.

5 E) Kindly note that all packages will either be dropped off at your door, lobby, mail box, shipping company, delivered in hand and etc. After a tracking number is provided to you by us or USPS or UPS or any other mailing services, you should be able to give further instructions to the mailing services via their website about how you would like to receive the package location, day and time.

5 F) Once package has been delivered, it is now your responsibility from that time.

6 A) If you checkout using your bank details, PayPal, or Apple Pay you will own the products once paid in full.

7 A) Please note that zip code and post codes restrictions apply. Currently we are offering free shipping but if we do offer shipping at a cost in the future, delivery times and costs may be increased.

7 B) If you are living outside of the United States, shipping times may be delayed if your package is being processed through an international shipping company in the US. Please contact the international shipping company with your matters or concerns if the tracking shows that your package was delivered and no contact or updates has been received.

7 C) We are not responsible to contact the international shipping company if 7 B) occurs. We can assist by contacting the mailing service that delivered your package.

7 D) If your package is labeled lost after contacting us and the necessary actions have been made to find your package then a refund would be issued. Please note that our refunds are issued.

8 A) The price payable for the product shall be as shown on Our Site in United States Dollars (USD).

8 B) We reserve the right to change the prices on our site anytime without notice. Increased cost will not affect orders already received.

8 C) Taxes that appear at checkout will be estimated by your location in the US.

8 D) We accept payment by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal. The following cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.

8 E) Once you have reached the final billing stages. Only the card that you selected to pay for your items will be charged.

8 F) If you wish to use a gift card, e- gift card, discount code or promotion offer. At check out you must enter the relevant code so that it can apply to your order total. We reserve the right to decline any codes entered that are expired.

8 G) Our percentage off promotions, discounts, or sale markdowns are customarily based on our own opinion of the value of this product, which is not intended to reflect a former price at which this product has sold in the recent past.

9 A) Please note that cancellations are not permitted if order has been received by Zuma Attire. By fully checking out you have agreed to buy the product.

10 A) If you believe that your order is incorrect or damaged please contact our customer service at zumaattire@gmail.com for assistance before 48 hours of order delivery has passed.

11 A) Please note that we only provide our site and products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site or any of our products for commercial, business or resale purposes.
